The Acro Aluminum shell starts a single piece of metal that's machine drawn into a seamless beaded shell. This piece is then outfitted with 2.3mm triple-flange hoops, 10 small twin lugs, Weather Master heads and Ludwig’s redesigned P86 drop-style throw off. Sonically, the aluminum shell provides a wide range of tones and tunings, all with a slightly drier sustain and controlled attack.
